You can request replacements for lost or damaged certificates for IVQAA Certificate and qualifications.

There is a charge of £50 (+VAT where applicable) for this service. You will need to have your IVQAA Certificate number. If you have forgotten your Certificate number please email the IVQAA Assessment Team on Contact Us so that this information can be provided for you.

If you have just completed your programme, you will receive your certificate by post and will not need to order this item.

You should expect to receive your replacement certificate within approximately 21 working days of your payment (please allow extra time for delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom).

The IVQAA reserves the right to decline the issue of a replacement certificate. Should your application for a replacement certificate be declined the fee will be refunded in full to the card used for this transaction.
